    Welly won the bid for Hubei Shuanghuan Company's reclaimed water reuse project

    Recently, Weley Group successfully won the bid for the reclaimed water reuse project of Hubei Double Ring Technology Co., LTD. The designed processing capacity of this project is 400m³/h, and the quality of the produced water meets the water quality standard of reuse water in "Urban Sewage Recycling - Industrial Water Quality" (GB/T 19923-2005).


    Hubei Double Ring Technology Co., Ltd. is a large state-owned listed company, located in Xiaogan City, Hubei Province, which is known as the "ointment city salt sea". The company is a chemical enterprise that produces soda ash and ammonium chloride with an annual production capacity of 1.1 million tons of soda ash and ammonium chloride. At the same time, it produces caustic soda, ammonia, glauberite, carbon black, sulfur, etc., and is the world's largest joint alkali production enterprise, whose products sell well at home and abroad.


    This project has built a 400m³/h reclaimed water reuse device. The wastewater enters the existing biochemical system of the sewage station to remove ammonia nitrogen and other pollutants, and the biochemical produced water enters the advanced treatment process using "pretreatment + ultrafiltration + primary reverse osmosis + high-density + V-type filter + ultrafiltration + secondary reverse osmosis". The product water obtained after this series of in-depth treatment will be re-used in the production process, which realizes the recycling of water resources and greatly improves the utilization rate of water resources. At the same time, the concentrated water generated in the advanced treatment process will not be wasted, but will be used for production after the underground salt dissolving operation. This treatment method enables the effective recovery and reuse of salt resources, avoids the potential harm caused by the disorderly discharge of salt to the environment, and realizes the double recovery and double utilization of water resources and salt resources. On the whole, the goal of zero emissions has been achieved.


    The "ultrafiltration + reverse osmosis" used by Willy in this project is derived from German technology. Based on ultrafiltration UF and reverse osmosis RO technology derived from German WWAG company BIOMEMBRAT, Weili has developed a series of unique membrane system patented technologies and products after nearly two decades of engineering practice, combined with the characteristics of domestic water treatment industry. Relying on advanced German technology, Willy has rich experience in the design, manufacture, installation and commissioning of UF and RO systems. The company has completed more than 300 water treatment projects including ultrafiltration and reverse osmosis systems.


    In the process of implementation of this project, in order to meet the production needs of the owner, Willy will prefabricate high-standard membrane frames in the workshop of Changzhou production base, effectively shortening the site construction time. This project is following the Yunnan Xiangfeng Project, Hubei Xinyi Chemical project, Jiutai Energy Inner Mongolia Project, Hebei New energy and other projects, Willy once again seize the coal chemical wastewater in-depth treatment, reuse and zero emission market field, help domestic large chemical enterprises to gradually realize energy conservation and emission reduction and waste water resource utilization, promote the green and low-carbon development of the chemical industry.
